Quinz advised the shareholders of TrueGEN on the sale of their shares to Savaco. TrueGEN offers custom-built network security solutions for medium-sized and large enterprises in three specific areas of expertise: secure workspace, secure people and secure cloud.
The acquisition allows Savaco to further expand its portfolio of IT security services and solutions, and to increase its regional footprint in Flanders, and allows TrueGEN to leverage the knowhow and expertise of its strategic partner to improve its product and service offering.
