Quinz represented founder family Leclef and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity with a successful sale and exit of the Belgian “Gouden Carolus” brewery. In the past, the Gouden Carolus beer has won numerous international prizes and is known as one of the best beers in the world.
The deal was concluded after a successful auction process whereby brewery Huyghe came out as winner.
