Quinz advises Climate 3nergy Real Estate Partners (C3 REP) on its third capital round
Climate 3nergy Real Estate Partners, a focused value-add investor in urban light industrial and last-mile logistics real estate, has successfully closed the third capital round of its EUR 150 million private equity real estate fund. Just one year after inception, the fund has raised its capital base to over EUR 50 million, backed by continued commitments from existing shareholders and new investors including Belgian insurer Patronale Life NV Life and EFO, the family office of transport and logistics group H.Essers.
