Quinz represented BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity (BNPPF PE) in a transaction whereby it welcomed Indufin as co-shareholder in the Penne group.
Penne is a leading manufacturer of metal formed and plastic injected part with over 100 years of experience and knowledge within the metal and plastic processing industry. Since 2007, BNPPF PE has been the lead shareholder of the Penne group.
