Quinz represented the shareholders of 3D Aim Trainer (a portfolio company of Freshmen Fund), a developer of a popular application and platform for gaming training purposes aimed at e-sports professionals and casual gamers alike with over 10 million annual users, in the sale of the company to the Danish GN Group (GN Store Nord A/S), listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and owner of the popular Jabra and SteelSeries brands, a world leader in gaming gear.
The acquisition will allow 3D Aim Trainer to target an even bigger audience and will ensure further growth of the platform.
The total deal value remains confidential.
