Klaas Thibaut is a partner in Quinz’s corporate and finance department.
He specializes in corporate law and M&A and has considerable expertise in private equity, venture capital and (corporate) finance transactions. He has represented various local and international clients on both sell and buy-side transactions across a wide range of sectors.
Klaas worked at Clifford Chance from 2005 (both in Brussels and in London) until he joined Quinz in September 2013. He is a partner of Quinz as from 1st September 2016.
Klaas is a member of the Brussels Bar and of industry organization AEDBF (Association Européenne pour le Droit Bancaire et Financier).
