Quinz has advised the shareholders of Pit & Pit in the divestment of the Pit & Pit group to the private equity fund We Are Jane.
Pit & Pit is the leading online webshop for herbs and natural products in Belgium and The Netherlands and is seeking to expand its activities throughout Europe. This international expansion shall be facilitated by the entry of We Are Jane. We Are Jane is a private equity fund set up by Conny Vandendriessche (Accent Jobs), Muriel Uytterhaegen and Eline Talboom (both ex-Gimv) and with a capital of roughly 50 million euro.
The founders of Pit & Pit, Niels Wijnen and Dorien Verhoeven, remain an investor and will support the new management team with the future growth of Pit & Pit.
The Quinz deal team was led by Bart Lintermans and Wout Hooyberghs. The deal value remains confidential.
