Foresco Packaging, a portfolio company of the Belgian private equity group Dynamica, has acquired the production companies of the Dutch Faber Halbertsma Group. The companies produce series of cases and pallets at their sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For Foresco Packaging, this transaction fits in a series of transactions which has allowed it to quadruple its revenue in a year time. Earlier, Quinz already advised Foresco Packaging on the acquisition of Royer and Arifal. The deal value remains confidential.
