Foresco Group, specialised in the production and sale of industrial packaging, has acquired all shares in its sector partner Paletco. Through this acquisition, Foresco Group grows its annual turnover to €150M and further strengthens its position as key supplier of pallets and custom-made packaging materials in wood and cardboard in the Benelux. The sellers remain on board as day-to-day managers.
Quinz has assisted the Foresco Group in its due diligence of the target and the negotiation of all transaction documentation. The Quinz deal team consisted of Klaas Thibaut, Wout Hooyberghs and Cody Demuytere, who have previously also advised Foresco on a number of other transactions.
