Quinz assisted Luminus (and its subsidiary ATS) with the acquisition of various companies which are focusing on the installation of electrical networks in residential and industrial projects, on medium and high voltage works and projects linked to data communication. The deal value remains confidential.
The Quinz team was led by Bart Lintermans, Charlotte Bonami and Joris Lannoy.
