Quinz is very proud to announce that Jasper Van Eetvelde will defend his doctoral dissertation on Friday 14 January 2022. Jasper’s dissertation focuses on a fundamental analysis of the (Belgian) legal famework of liquidation of companies as well as the various risks associated with liquidation for the parties involved.
