We are more than delighted to announce that Quinz has again been recognized by the Chambers Europe 2021 guide, especially because we were able to improve our rankings.
Our Dispute Resolution and Life Sciences practices climbed from Band 3 to 2.
Benoît Allemeersch is individually ranked in Band 1 for Quinz’ Litigation practice. Additionally and new this year, Benoît Allemeersch is individually ranked in Band 3 for his Arbitration practice.
Pieter Wyckmans and Olivier Van Obberghen are both individually ranked in Band 2 for their Life Sciences practice.
Furthermore, we maintained our ranking in Band 5 for our Corporate and M&A practice with individual rankings for Bart Lintermans and Klaas Thibaut in Band 4.
Dispute Resolution: Band 2
Our Dispute Resolution practice has climbed from Band 3 to Band 2 in the Dispute Resolution overview and is described by Chambers as a team that performs “stellar work” and is “a pleasure to work with”.
Benoît Allemeersch is individually ranked for Litigation (Band 1) and Arbitration (Band 3) in the Chambers Europe 2021 guide and is described as "one of the leaders in Belgium”, highlighting his "very thorough knowledge of the law and general proceedings”, as well as his "very commercial approach - he keeps an eye on the business interests of clients and will constantly weigh the costs and benefits of the litigation”.
Life Sciences: Band 2
Quinz’ Life Sciences practice has risen from Band 3 to Band 2 in the Life Sciences overview and is described by Chambers as a team that comes with “creative solutions, very speedy interactions and out-of-the-box thinking”. Chambers also states that “the advice and services are of high quality and are always delivered within the requested timelines," and adds that the firm "provides the client with a proactive, holistic overview regarding the status of the services”.

Chambers also says that the work of our Corporate practice is “timely, commercially driven and delivered efficiently”. Chambers also states that clients “are impressed with the work Quinz delivered and the overall very good experience”.
