- Quinz has assisted a syndicate of investors in connection with their investment in a Belgian biotech start-up/scale-up, and the in-licensing of DNA vaccine technology. Quinz subsequently assisted the biotech’s management with the management agreements and stock option plans, and continues to provide regulatory and contracting support in relation to the company’s (pre-)clinical development stages and its preparedness for launch.
