Dries Vanpaemel is a transactional lawyer with more than 18 years of experience in M&A and strategic operational transactions (supply chain, distribution, real estate, construction). 

Dries has extensive experience both as international business lawyer and as in-house counsel. He started his career as a transactional lawyer at the international law firm Baker McKenzie where he practiced for nine years. He subsequently was legal manager for nine years at the global property group Goodman focusing on complex international transactions.

Dries contributes his robust transactional expertise to Quinz’ Life Sciences & Technology and Corporate & Finance departments.
