Ricoh Belgium has acquired its industry partner Orbid. Orbid is a Belgian provider of IT and HR services, founded 22 years ago and acquired by its management 10 years ago. The acquisition fits in Ricoh Belgium’s expansion strategy in the IT services and advisory industry. The deal value remains confidential.
Quinz has assisted Ricoh Belgium in its due diligence of the target and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation. The Quinz deal team consisted of Klaas Thibaut and Wout Hooyberghs.
