Quinz advised Green Park Investment Partners in relation to its investment in BOEMM, the HR group founded by Lieven Bonamie and the late Philip Cracco, which comprises, amongst others, the secondment agency JobFIXers. Green Park will not only subscribe to a capital increase, but will also provide strategic and operational services to support the group’s growth plans in the secondment industry.
