In honour of our 10th anniversary, we are thrilled to complete our anniversary series with our seventh publication “Quelles tâches les arbitres peuvent-ils déléguer aux secrétaires administratif(ve)(s) ? Recherche du juste équilibre."
For this seventh publication in honour of Quinz’ 10th anniversary, we focus on a widely debated topic in arbitration: delegation of tasks to arbitral secretaries. Benoît Allemeersch and Bénédicte Mélot analyse the (still unpublished) judgement of the French-speaking Brussels Court of First Instance of 17 June 2021, and draw your attention on the need to find the right balance in the arbitral secretaries’ role.
