Quinz is proud to announce that Stijn De Dier has been promoted to counsel. Stijn joined Quinz in 2016 and has since focused primarily on dispute resolution. In his practice, he specializes in corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, director liability, misselling claims, post-acquisition disputes, etc.) as well as insolvency matters, where he regularly acts both for creditors as well as for debtors in restructuring. Stijn’s appointment as counsel is a recognition of his role within the firm, and the dispute resolution practice in particular.
