Quinz advised the shareholders of Canguru Belgium on the sale of their shares to, and reinvestment in, TheValueChain (part of the Gumption group).
Canguru is an SAP expert with a broad and deep ERP and CX expertise. The acquisition allows both companies to further accelerate their growth, become a primary partner for businesses in the Benelux, and expand into the French market.
