Quinz advised Fronnt (a portfolio company of Gimv) on the acquisition of Climawest, a specialist in HVAC techniques and sanitary.
This acquisition further strengthens Fronnt’s ambition to build a group of installation companies, creating a leading player specialized in integrated B2B multi-technology projects. Fronnt endeavors to establish a one-stop-shop for all technical installations, products and services to help run the energy transition of companies’ business activities.
The Quinz deal team consisted of Bart Lintermans, Wout Hooyberghs and Matteo De Grauwe, who assist the group on an ongoing basis in its buy-and-build strategy.
