Quinz has assisted Belgorail with the acquisition of all shares in the Dutch HHC/DRS group, a sector partner with offices in the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia.
Belgorail specialises in testing and certification in the railway industry. It is the market leader in Belgium and Luxembourg and has significantly grown its operations since being acquired by the French Certifer group in 2017. With the acquisition of HHC/DRS, Belgorail grows its annual revenue by almost 50% and gains access to additional expertise and different geographic markets.
