In honour of our 10th anniversary, we are thrilled to publish our fourth article of Quinz' anniversary series "Dawn raids are back - forewarned is forearmed".
Following the easing of the COVID-19 restrictions, competition authorities have recently resumed dawn raids. To mitigate the disruptive effects of an inspection, it is important to be prepared. This means in particular adopting practical internal guidelines and training your staff adequately. The COVID-19 reality we are currently living in, characterized by remote working and increased digitalization, does however trigger new questions when it comes to preparing your company and staff for dawn raids.
