To sustain its growth, Quinz is currently looking for a management assistant.
Job description
- Contact management, answering the telephone, taking messages and organizing conference calls;
- Prepare and revise timesheets and invoicing for consistency and taking care of the final invoicing;
- Process incoming invoices in our accounting system, update records with new payments, send reminders for outstanding invoices;
- The processing of legal documents and correspondence by e-mail and/or letter and the filing of files;
- Handling the incoming and outgoing e-mail, fax, correspondence;
- Making layouts of documents and prepare PowerPoint presentations;
- Organizing, coordinate and prepare meetings;
- Co-organising and coordinating of internal and external seminars, projects and other events; and
- Organisation and preparation of business trips (hotel reservations, plane and train reservations).
Profile
- You have a first relevant work experience (1-5 years) preferably in a law firm;
- You hold a Bachelor degree in a related field (Bachelor Office Management, Bachelor Accountancy, Bachelor Paralegal Assistant, etc.);
- You are bilingual Dutch/French with an excellent knowledge of English;
- You have a good command of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, …);
- You are very accurate, stress-resistant, positive, helpful and you think proactively;
- You have excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
- You can handle confidential information with discretion;
- You are a team player and at the same time able to work independently;
